announcement!

many of you will have heard by now, but we want to announce (with great joy & great relief!) that david has found a full-time teaching position at williamsburg public school in kitchener. he will be teaching both the english & french for a grade one bilingual (called immersion here in ontario for some reason) class. williamsburg is a fairly large school in a rapidly growing subdivision of south kitchener... there are about 8 portables on the school (!).

we are totally thrilled about this opportunity. so many weeks & months of worrying and praying for the right situation to come along are now over.

for david, this has really been a dream years in the making, ever since he began working as an educational assistant at la verendrye elementary school on lilac avenue in winnipeg.
